Rhy Personal AG is a company in the field of personell placement and recruitment and are home in Basel, the border triangle of northern Switzerland. We were responsible for the design and conception of their new website and promotion-car. The focus of the website was to create a user-friendly and flexible concept, so the client can easily find all infos to job offers and the co-workers at the company can secure a quick and smooth procedure.

Due to Rhy Personals big network, they had a lot of job offers from many different fields. Besides this, there was a very high demand and a change in the job world allowing more and more last minute temporary job requests. This created a challenge to get the right jobs to the right people and also allow a flexible and easy procedure. We therefore designed a concept with a filter and category system, that allows a user to get to his job offers by filling out a short form. Once this is filled out, the user can find all information he needs to apply for the job. At the same time the website is connected to the company's internal system, allowing the co-workers to make easy changes and adjustments and everything is up to date at real time.

"We need to show people in their job uniforms as regular job information is often not very attractive to promote." (quote from discussions). Rhy Personal AG has many jobs to offer in the field of construction and office work. With use of sympathetic photos showing people in their job uniforms, it was our mutual goal to make the page more personal and attractive so the users can identify themselves with the jobs.
